Sunland Baobab in Limpopo,South Africa, is one of the most popular attractions of South Africa. It impresses with its size tree occupies the first position in many lists. The height of one of the largest baobabs not only in South Africa but throughout the continent is 22 meters, but even more impressive baobab tree trunk diameter - 155 meters.

However, Sunland baobab is renowned not only for its enormous size: it is also one of the oldest trees in the world, along with the legendary California redwoods. According to some estimates, the age of the baobab-record holder is six thousand years old. Although there is some disagreement as to the age of this ancient tree, radiocarbon analysis helped determine that Sunland Baobab, at least more than a thousand years.

Baobab has an interesting feature: after a thousand years, they tend to be emptied. Presumably that Sunland baobab trunk became hollow set of centuries ago, and the owner of the land on which the tree grows, it decided to take advantage of this feature. Family Van Van Hierden created a small pub inside. Amazingly, the rustic bar is trinadtsatifutovye high ceiling and can hold about fifteen people. Miss van Hierden also argues that once during a party at the bar managed to knead forty visitors.






Tourists, who want to drink a beer in the bar, can also spend the night in one of the five local bungalows to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of a safari party.
